Welcome to the 6th Annual Kansas City LocToberFest!
What began as a celebration of our beautiful Loc Queens has now grown to embrace our Loc Kings as well.
LocToberFest is more than an event — it’s a vibrant celebration of all things locs: the artistry, the culture, the family, and the community that brings us together. We honor our roots while educating and inspiring others to cherish the crown they wear.
Here, we celebrate not just our hair, but the history, pride, and unity it represents.
